Before completing your application to become an Independent Business Affiliateyou must agree to the NatLa Global Compensation Plan, Terms & Conditions, and Policies and Procedures. These documents make the Distributor Agreement.

CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC RECORDING

E-SIGN, pursuant to the Electronic Signatures for Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001, et seq.), NatLa LLC (Referred to also as NatLa Global requires that you consent to entering into an electronic agreement with NatLa LLC. (NatLa Global) before the NatLa Global Independent Affliate Agreement or NatLa Global Customer Agreement is entered into. Please read the following information carefully.

Should you enter an Independent Affiliate Agreement or Customer Agreement with NatLa Global, the entire agreement between you and NatLa Global will be electronically recorded. To enter into the Agreement, you must electronically acknowledge that you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement, the NatLa Global Policies and Procedures and the NatLa Global Payment or Compensation Plan as well as the NatLa Global marketing plan

Should you enter an Independent Affiliate Agreement or Customer Agreement with NatLa Global, the entire agreement between you and NatLa Global will be electronically recorded. To enter into the Agreement, you must electronically acknowledge that you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement, the NatLa Global Policies and Procedures and the NatLa Global Payment or Compensation Plan as well as the NatLa Global marketing plan

Be advised that, these documents can only be accessed via a computer with internet connection and equipped with an Internet browser which may be the browser of your choosing. You may also need that your computer or the computer, from you which you try to access this document, be equipped with a PDF document reader. Should the conditions to access these documents ever change, NatLa Global will advise you of it.

Your electronic consent will apply to all transactions between you and NatLa Global.

You may withdraw your consent to the use of electronic records at any time by visiting your back office and choosing “close back office”. Should you do so, the Agreement will be automatically terminated. You may also terminate said agreement by sending written notice to NatLa Global, 2711 Lyndon B Johnson Freeway. Suite 356, Dallas, TX. 75234.

At any time during and after the enrollment process, you will be able to read, print and/or download and retain the Terms and Conditions, the Policies and Procedures and Compensation Plan for future reference. You may also request printed copies of those documents by contacting NatLa Global at the address above or by email at support@natlaglobal.com you will need to include your name, e-mail, physical mailing address as well as your distributor’s user ID. NatLa Global reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for this service.

By entering into the Agreement you agree that NatLa Global retains the right to amend the agreement at its sole discretion at any time. However, NatLa Global will communicate via e-mail or corporate communications manners normally used of any changes, therefore inviting you to review it.
